Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds are granted in certain situations.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the receipt of your returned item and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account once more.

Contact your credit card company for the official posting of your refund.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items; sale items are non-refundable.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at codyhammonda@outlook.com and send your item to: Through email contacts only.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
